This policy outlines delivery coverage, processing times, shipping methods, fees, tracking, and handling of delays or damage to set clear expectations at checkout.
- Coverage: we deliver across the United Arab Emirates; international shipping may be added in the future and will be announced on the website. Certain items may have carrier or regulatory restrictions.
- Processing time: orders are processed within 1–2 business days; orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. A same‑day cut‑off of 3:00 pm GST applies.
- Methods and fees: Standard Delivery typically arrives in 1–3 business days within the UAE; Express options may be available at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on destination and volumetric weight. Free shipping is offered for orders over AED 199.
- Tracking: tracking details are sent via email when your order is dispatched. Delivery attempts and address issues may cause delays; please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.
- Estimates and delays: delivery estimates exclude processing time, weather conditions, carrier capacity, and force majeure. During peak seasons, carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
- Damage or loss: if your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos; we will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund once the review is complete.
- Undeliverable/return to sender: if a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipment fees may apply; refunds for change‑of‑mind orders exclude the original shipping cost.
